Clubs

We encourage our children to develop a wide range of interests to give them the best opportunity to discover, develop and show new abilities. Gateway offers a wide variety of clubs every day: music clubs usually take place during lunch times; sports clubs and creativity clubs are typically scheduled after school.

Our After-School programme offers several clubs for each year group every school evening; alternatively, children can choose to finish their homework in a quiet environment then relax with friends up until 6pm. This gives parents flexibility for collection, safe in the knowledge that their children are doing something fun and constructive.

Parents do not pay extra for their children to attend after-school clubs, which include Art, Board Games, Chess, Choir, Computer Club, Construction & Jigsaws, Cookery, Craft, Dance, Drama, Fitness, Football, Hockey, Japanese, Judo, Orchestra, Netball, Rock Club, Recorders, Rugby, Sewing, Sports, Technology, Verse speaking and Warhammer.
