Selecting the right school for your child is a crucial decision. We are here to guide you through the process, answer any questions you may have, and provide you with all the information you need to make an informed choice.
We invite you to visit us during one of our Open Days or schedule an individual meeting with our Headteacher and a tour of our school. This will give you a chance to experience our warm and welcoming community firsthand.
We encourage early registration to ensure your child’s place at our school. However, please note that we have occasional availability in different year groups throughout the year, so please contact us for up-to-date information on availability.
You can register your child for admission from birth onwards. This involves a non-refundable registration fee of £75. Registered children are then placed on a waiting list according to their registration date. To register, please fill out the form here.
After receiving your registration form and fee, we will invite your child to a taster day during the term. This day provides a chance for your child to experience a day at Gateway School, including attending classes, enjoying lunch, and meeting teachers and fellow pupils.
For new families starting in September, we offer a transition day in July to help children familiarise themselves with the school. We also hold an information evening for parents during the Summer term before the school year begins. This event provides essential information such as uniform lists and daily routines and allows parents to meet the teaching team. Ahead of starting, parents will also gain access to our parent communications platform, which includes joiners’ packs and the school handbook.
