Timothy started teaching at St Francis Primary School, Birmingham in a Year 1 classroom close to the Cadbury’s factory. He taught there until starting to set up his own business, LitFilmFest, which focused on developing literacy across all primary years through high engagement.
In 2020, Timothy started teaching at Gateway as a Year 3 teacher. He then became the Head of Year 3 and 4 phase, before becoming the Head of Lower School in 2022, encompassing Year 1, Year 2 and Year 3. He currently leads on Digital Strategy at the school too.
